Shipping policy

When you place on order on The She Shed website you are agreeing to the following shipping policy:

• Items are made to order and will ship within 2-3 weeks. 
  
• The She Shed offers shipping in the United States ONLY at this time. 
• Once your order has been fulfilled and you have received tracking information via email. This means your package is now in the hands of the shipping vendor and we are no longer responsible for your package.
  
• If a package is returned to sender, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping label.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If you experience a lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed delivery due to shipping please contact the shipping vendor. 
• We do not file claims for customers or contact your local office on your behalf.
